You get a light 6.8g behind the ear device, which is rechargeable from battery or mains with a 12 to 15 hours use from each charge.
Using the solid switch and separate volume wheel (off is off) turn on and adjust.
You will notice how digital sound is an improvement over analogue.
The reproduction is truer with amplifying distortion removed.
This is thanks to a microchip which analyses the sound and sorts and filters it by frequency.
In a busy environment you can even switch the on off switch to a third setting to cut background noise. (it says Nf for Noise Free in the picture)
When you are done and it is time to recharge, the fit in your palm sized charging dock and carry case lets you charge from mains in about 5 hours or using a common AA battery (included) in around 7 hours.
Call it overnight or use the indicator lights to see progress.
