Carpet Gripper tape is made from a clingy plastic material. Press to the bottom of your carpet and it will attach and then cling to the floor as well.
It's not permanent, you can still clean easily underneath, but because it clings to the floor will help secure your carpet.
Nothing to paint on, so it's perfect for your finest Oriental and Persian rugs, and for either side of a braided rug.
